Yes! ALL drop-ins require an initial intake for it to be covered by insurance.
The intake process is the same as an individual session would be. As long as we have an active intake on file, you can drop-in at your own convenience.

We review your goals, history, and current concerns at a comfortable pace. You’ll learn what therapy or groups might look like and ask questions.
There’s no pressure to share more than you want on day one together, ever.
